摘要
目的观察在中医临床护理工作中应用人性化护理管理的效果。方法选取2013年1月—2015年1月期间在我院二病区(中西医结合科)住院的54例患者为观察组,予以人性化护理管理,选取2011年1月—2012年12月期间在我院二病区(中西医结合科)住院的54例患者为对照组,予以常规护理管理,比较两组护理管理模式的应用效果。结果 1观察组患者的操作失误率为3.70%(2/54),护理投诉率为5.56%(3/54),对照组分别为14.81%(8/54)、18.52%(10/54),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2观察组患者对护理人员的综合满意度为96.30%(52/54),对照组为83.33%(45/54),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医临床护理工作中应用人性化护理管理,可有效降低护理操作失误率和投诉率,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing management in clinical nursing work of TCM. Methods 54 patients in ward two of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the observation group. 54 patients in ward two of our hospi- tal from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected as the control group. The observation group received humanized nursing management. The control group received routine nursing management. The application effect of the two management modes was compared. Resuits The operation'failure rate and the nursing complaint rate of the observation group was 5.56% (2/54) and 3.70% (3/54) , respectively. The operation failure rate and the nursing complaint rate of the control group was 14.81% (8/54) and 18.52% (10/54) , respectively. The operation failure rate and the nursing complaint rate of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group, (P〈0.05) . The overall satisfaction of the patients in the observation group and in the control group was 96.30% (52/54) and 83.33% (45/54) , respectively, and the overall satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion The application of humanized nursing management in clinical nursing work of TCM can effectively reduce the operation failure rate and the complaint rate, and improve patients' care satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
