离子色谱法测定多种水体中碘化物应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用AS19阴离子交换分离柱,KOH淋洗液自动发生器,抑制型电导检测器,建立了测定多种水体中碘化物的离子色谱法。讨论了干扰及消除、色谱条件的优化,分析方法的线性与检出限、精密度、准确度等,并应用该方法对多种水体中碘化物进行了测定。结果表明:该方法不受水体中其他阴离子干扰,检出限低,线性范围宽,相关系数R2=0.999 9,精密度高,准确度好,操作简便可行,适用于多种水体中碘化物的测定。 A method for determination of iodide in a variety of water by ion chromatography is presented. It was based on an Ion Pac AS19 Column with KOH as eluent and a conductive detector. This paper discussed the interference and elimination,the optimization of chromatographic conditions,the analysis methods of the linear and the detection limit,precision,accuracy,etc.This method was applied to determine iodide in a variety of water. The results show that this method is not subject to other anion interference,and it has low detection limits,wide linear range and good correlativity( R2= 0. 999 9). The precision and accuracy were excellent. This method is simple and accurate. It was applicable to determine iodide in a variety of water.
