摘要
用金属超分子聚合物Fe L作为电致变色材料,通过滴涂的方法得到Fe L薄膜,以此薄膜为电致变色层,制成结构为PEN-ITO‖Fe L‖Gel electrolyte‖PEN-ITO的柔性Fe L基电致变色器件(ECD),其能够实现蓝色/透明色的可逆变化.研究了Fe L-ECD的电致变色性能,其最大对比度为41%,褪色和着色响应时间分别为7. 3 s和3. 6 s,着色效率达到299. 8 cm^2/C,循环寿命达到250圈.研究发现,电解质在循环过程中会沉积在对电极表面形成钝化层,这是影响其循环寿命的关键原因.
In this paper,metallo-supramolecular polymer FeL was used as the electrochromic material to prepare thin films by drop coating. Based on FeL,flexible electrochromic devices were obtained,which have a structure of PEN-ITO‖FeL‖Gel electrolyte‖PEN-ITO. The color of the devices can change reversibly between blue and transparent. The electrochromic properties of the FeLECD were studied. The maximum contrast of FeL-ECD was 41%,and the fading and coloring response time was 7. 3 s and 3. 6 s,respectively. Besides,coloring efficiency was 299. 8 cm^2/C,and the life cycle reached 250. It was found that the electrolyte deposits on the surface of the counter electrode and forms a passivation layer,which is the key reason for affecting the ECD’s life cycles.
