Virtual Simulation Design of Traditional Chinese Folk Double-Breasted Robes Based on 3D Modeling Technology

摘要 以实现民间传统服饰数字化虚拟展示为目的,在对中国丝绸博物馆馆藏的对襟衫结构复原和工艺分析的基础上,提出了服装CAD、CLO3D、Photoshop、Corel DRAW信息技术相结合的传统服饰数字化展示方法.在Corel DRAW中模拟绘制对襟衫款式结构图,然后在服装CAD中绘制其基础版型,并基于图像3D建模技术,在Photoshop中完成图案的图形建模,最后在CLO3D软件中读取服装版型和纹样建模,实现虚拟缝制工艺.研究得出:服装结构及版型的绘制能真实有效地复原传统服装实物形制,图案与传统工艺建模实现虚拟仿真设计效果的关键与难点.该方法是快速复原民间传统服饰仿真的一种有效方法,为民间传统服饰数字化展示设计奠定基础. In order to realize the digital display of traditional Chinese folk garment,a method combining clothing CAD,CLO3D,Photoshop and CORELDRAW for dimensional modeling technology was proposed based on the analysis of the structure and craft of the double-breasted robes in the China National Silk Museum. Firstly,style structure of the double breasted robes was made by CorelDRAW. Secondly,pattern of the double-breasted robes was made by clothing CAD,and grain appearance model was built by Photoshop software based on 3D modeling technology. Finally,the version and pattern modeling were read in CLO3D software and virtual sewing process was realized in this software. The results showed that the style and structure drawing of double-breasted robes is helpful for physical reduction. The traditional pattern and the sewing process were the key to realize the virtual simulation. This method was effective way to the rapid restoration of folk traditional costume simulation,and laid the foundation for the digital display design folk traditional clothing.
