摘要
以西瓜品种"小兰"为试材,采用苗期浇灌内生菌和设施大棚内减少化肥用量配施适宜浓度微生物的方法,研究了不同施肥方法对西瓜幼苗株高、叶面积、根长等生长指标和设施棚内西瓜幼苗生长量、产量、西瓜果实的营养品质的影响,以期选出一种少化肥+内生菌剂的高效施肥方法。结果表明:5 g·L^(-1)浓度的内生菌处理对西瓜幼苗有一定的促生作用,可增加株高、叶面积、根长等;减少化学肥料配施适宜浓度的微生物菌剂可有效降低西瓜枯萎病发病率,能够提高西瓜幼苗的生物量、产量、西瓜果实的营养品质;且常规施肥减量40%+667 m^2施内生菌根菌剂1.5 kg+667 m^2施液体细菌类剂50 mL效果最好。
The watermelon‘Xiao Lan’was selected as material,to analyze the plant height,leaf area and root length at the seedling stage and the biomass,yield and the nutritional quality of the fruit in facilities by the method of watering endophytes solution at the seedling stage and fertilizer decrement with suitable concentration of endophytes in facilities to select an efficient fertilization methods.The results showed that the 5 g·L-1 concentration of endophytes could have a promotion effection and increase the plant height,leaf area and root length of watermelon seedling.The rate of watermelon wilt disease was dereased.The biomass,yield and the nutritional quality of the fruit was increased.The best effection was 40%fertilizer decrement with 1.5 kg per 667 m2 endophytic bacteria fertilizer and 50 mL per 667 m2 liquid bacteria.
