摘要
目的分析计划生育门诊病人宫颈沙眼衣原体(CT)感染流行性病学及相关因素。方法采用横断面调查一阶段整群抽样方法,以2012年1月至2014年1月期间到我院计划生育门诊就诊的病人(均为女性)为受试对象,均进行宫颈沙眼衣原体检测,分析CT感染流行性病学及相关因素。结果本研究共入选1871例,均进行了CT检测和问卷调查,整群抽样率100%,其中宫颈CT阳性448例,阳性率为23.94%;≤20岁者CT感染阳性率最高,为28.09%,分别与21—30岁组、31~40岁组和〉40岁组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);CT感染者主要集中于服务业、农民和司机,其阳性率分别为42.20%、34.29%和30.85%,商业和工人职业者CT感染阳性率较低,分别为14.44%和15.74%。结论沙眼衣原体检测在计划生育门诊中具有非常重要的价值,尤其对感染率较高人群,要有针对性的进行沙眼衣原体检测,以促进优生优育、提高妇女的生殖健康水平,防止性传播疾病的蔓延。
Objective To analyze cervical chlamydial infection (CT) popular venereology and related factors of family planning outpatient patients. Methods A cross-sectional survey stage cluster sampling method was applied, patients in our hospital family planning clinics( both women) were set as the subject, were given cervical chlamydia trachomatis detection, CT infection prevalence venereology and related factors were analyzed. Results The study enrolled a total of 1871 cases, were carried out CT detection and questionnaires ,cluster sampling rate was 100% ,of which 448 cases of cervical CT-posi- tire, the positive rate was 23.94% ;The positive rate of CT infection ≤20 years of age was the highest, the positive rate was 28.09% ,respectively,compared with 21-30 year-old group, the 31-40 year-old group and 〉 40 years of age group, the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) ;CT infection mainly concentrated in the services sector, farm- ers and the driver,the positive rates were 42. 20% ,34. 29% and 30. 85% ,business and workers employed CT positive rate of infection was low,respective were 14. 44% and 15.74%. Conclusion The detection of chlamydia trachomatis has a very im- portant value in family planning clinics, especially for the higher prevalence populations, there must be targeted for chlamydia trachomatis testing to promote prenatal and postnatal care, improve womeng reproductive health, prevention of sexually trans- mitted diseases spread.
