摘要
目的了解南通市经饮水机后的桶装饮用水卫生质量,保障消费者饮水安全。方法随机抽取南通市40个公共场所的桶装饮用水以及经饮水机后饮用水进行检测,菌落总数、大肠菌群按照GB/T 4789.21-2003进行检测,铜绿假单孢菌检验方法参照GB/T 8535-2008进行检验,根据GB 19298-2003《瓶(桶)装饮用水卫生标准》进行评价。结果原装桶装饮用水以及经饮水机水样(0 h)合格率分别为100%,87.5%(确切概率法P=0.116);桶装饮用水经饮水机冷水水样随着放置天数的增加,合格率明显降低(χ2=78.38,P<0.05);饮水机未清洗时间越长,铜绿假单孢菌的检出率越高(χ2=10.26,P<0.05)。结论该市经饮水机后桶装饮用水合格率较低,桶装水开封后要尽快饮用完毕,饮水机要定期清洗消毒。
[Objective] To understand the quality of bottled drinking water from the water dispenser in Nantong City, and ensure the safety of drinking water consumers.[ Methods ] A random sample of bottled drinking water and the drinking water from water dispenser in 40 public places were detected in Nantong City. The total number of colonies and coliform bacteria were detected by GB/T 4789.21-2003. Pseudomonas aeruginosa was tested by GB/T 8535-2008. The results were evaluated according to GB 19298-2003 "Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water in Bottles (Barrels)".[Results] The pass rate of original bottled drinking water and the water dispenser samples (0 h) were 100% and 87.5%.(Exact probability method P=0.116). The cold water dispenser with the increase of days, the qualified rate of water was significantly lower(χ2=78.38 ,P〈0.05).The longer the drinking machine did not wash, the higher detection rate Pseudomonas aeruginosa was (χ2=10.26,P〈0.05).[ Conclusion ] The pass rate of water dispenser samples are relatively low. Water should be drunk as soon as possible after barrel opening, and the machine should be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
