河北省全科医师规范化培训结业考核成绩分析 被引量:6

Analysis of graduation examination results in the standardized training of general practitioners in Hebei Province

摘要 目的通过对河北省全科医师规范化培训结业考核成绩的回顾性分析,探讨其影响因素。方法收集2008—2011年182名全科医师规范化培训结业考核的理论及技能操作成绩,对结果进行统计描述并对其理论及操作成绩的影响因素进行统计分析。结果女性(149例)、男性(33例)医师的理论成绩分别为(71.8±4.8)和(69.2±4.4)分,女性理论成绩明显高于男性(P=0.009);26~27岁(46例)、28~29岁(93例)、30~32岁(43例)医师的理论成绩分别为(73.1±4.8)、(71.2±4.4)和(70.5±4.8)分,其中26~27岁医师理论成绩明显高于其他年龄组(P=0.021);本一/本二(21例)、本三(78例)、专接本(72例)和成教本(11例)医师的理论成绩分别为(73.3±4.7)、(71.4±4.3)、(70.4±4.4)和(68.7±4.6)分,其中本一/本二医师理论成绩明显高于其他2组(P=0.016)。26~27岁年龄组医师心肺复苏、穿脱隔离衣、腹穿和胸穿成绩分别为(95.9±4.0)、(80.7±3.7)、(94.7±3.7)和(86.0±3.5)分,明显高于其他年龄组医师(P〈0.05)。结论全科医师的性别、年龄和学历是影响理论成绩的重要因素;同时年龄和学习经历也直接影响其临床技能培训与考核的结果。 Objective To explore the influencing factors of graduation examination results in the standardized training of general practitioners in Hebei Province.Methods The graduation examination results including theory and skills of 182 general practitioners were collected in2008-2011.The results were statistical description,the theory,performance and the influence factors of operation performance were analyzed.Results The theory results of female(149)and male(33)physicians were(71.8±4.8)and(69.2±4.4)scores,respectively,Female′s theory results were significantly higher than male′s(P=0.009);The theory achievement of 26-27years-old(46),28-29years-old(93)and 30-32years-old(43),physicians were(73.1±4.8),(71.2±4.4)and(70.5±4.8)scores,respectively,26-27years-old physicians′theory results were significantly higher than other age groups(P=0.021);The theory achievement of the physician of first class/second class(21),third class(78),top-up(72)and adult education(11)were(73.3±4.7),(71.4±4.7),(70.4±4.4)and(68.7±4.6),respectively,first class/second class′s theory results were higher than other groups(P= 0.016).The achievement for performances of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,use of isolation gown,abdominocentesis and thoracocentesis were(95.9±4.0),(80.7±3.7),(94.7±3.7)and(86.0±3.5)scores,respectively in 26-27years-old general practitioners,which were significantly higher than other age groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Gender,age and education background of general practitioners are important factors affecting theory achievement.Meanwhile age and learning experience also directly influence the results of clinical skill trainings.
