焦化轻油混配到苯加氢系统新工艺的开发

摘要 针对山西焦化股份有限公司苯精制厂粗苯原料供应不足及焦化轻油三苯含量高、销售价格低的问题,决定进行焦化轻油混配到苯加氢系统新工艺的开发,对工艺路线和不同组分混配比例进行了试验研究。通过新工艺的开发,不但实现了苯加氢装置原料的多元化,而且确定了轻油与粗苯混配的合适比例在1:65~1:70,可保证苯加氢装置的稳定运行。同时焦油加工厂生产的轻油不再进行外销,全部用于苯精制厂粗苯加工,大大提高了轻油的附加值,具有较好的经济效益。 As to the short supply of crude benzene in Benzene Refining Factory, Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd., high content of BTX in coking light oil and low sale price of coking light oil, a new process blending coking light oil to crude benzene hydrorefining system was developed. The process route and blending proportion were investigated. Through the development of the novel technology, not only the diversification of raw materials in benzene hydrogenation unit was achieved, but also the blending proportion of light oil and crude benzene was determined as 1:65-1:70 to ensure the stable operation of benzene hydrogenation unit. Meanwhile, light oil produced in coal tar processing factory was completely used to crude benzene processing. As a result, the added value of light oil was improved greatly, and had a better economic benefit.
