摘要
简述了KM5Q干馏式煤气发生炉的工作原理和焦油废水处理工艺流程,并结合干馏式发生炉煤气站处理焦油废水的实际生产数据,对煤气站的水平衡进行计算,分析了煤气站焦油废水理论处理量的受限因素及其与实际处理量存在差异的原因,同时对利用干馏式发生炉煤气站处理焦油废水的彻底性进行了分析。
A brief introduction was presented on working principle of KM5Q pyrolysis coal gasifier and tar wastewater treatment process. Combined with the actual production data of tar wastewater treatment in pyrolysis coal gas station, a calculation on the gas station water balance was made, also, the limiting factor of theoretical tar wastewater treatment capacity and the difference between actual and theoretical treatment capacity were analyzed. As a result, tar wastewater was treated thoroughly in pyrolysis gasifier gas station.
