摘要
结合长青能化公司水煤浆气化过程氨回收运行状况,分析了单塔低压汽提法回收氨的局限性。针对水煤浆气化变换工艺冷凝液中氨和硫化氢的回收,重点介绍了某酸性水汽提装置流程,其中汽提单元采用单塔侧线抽氨汽提法,氨精制单元采用氨水循环洗涤-吸附法。简述了焦化行业氨回收采用的硫酸铵法和弗萨姆法。对水煤浆气化来说,选择单塔加压侧线抽氨汽提法和氨水循环洗涤-吸附法回收氨,具有流程短、投资少和能耗低的优势。
According to the ammonia recovery operation of coal slurry gasification in Changqing Energy Chemical Co.,Ltd., the limitations in ammonia recovery by single tower low pressure stripping were analyzed. For the recovery of ammonia and hydrogen sulphide in the shift process condensate, the process of an acidic water stripping device was introduced, and the stripping unit applied pressurized ammonia side-draw of single-tower acidic water stripper, ammonia refining unit applied the circulated ammonia washing-ammonia adsorption purification process. Ammonium sulphate and Fossum anhydrous ammonia method were also briefed. For coal water slurry gasification, selection of single tower pressurized sidestream smoke ammonia stripping process and circulated ammonia washing- ammonia adsorption recovery method had the advantages of short process,small investment and low energy consumption.
