纳米铜节能修复剂对公交车及轿车的应用效果分析

摘要 利用原位表面修饰与复配技术制备了纳米铜节能修复剂,其中纳米铜合金的粒径小于20 nm。通过对17台公交车进行为期近2个月试用,考察了节能修复剂改善发动机动力性能、油耗和尾气排放等外特性的效果。并对16台私家轿车添加节能修复剂前后汽车尾气成分进行了分析。结果表明:节能修复剂与专用润滑油有良好的协同效应,0.5%的添加能显著改善发动机的动力性能。与专用润滑油相比,公交客车油耗降低了7%,CH、NO和烟度排放分别减少12%、40%和42%;私家轿车CH、CO和NO排放分别减少13.2%、35.1%和52.2%。这说明纳米铜节能修复剂具有良好润滑性能、节能效果和环保特性。 Nano Cu energy -saving repair lubricant was prepared by in -situ surface modification and combination technolo- gy and the diameter of nano Cu is below 20 nm. The effects of this lubricant on improving engines" performance, fuel con- sumption and exhaust emission were investigated based on 17 buses for nearly 2 months probation. The composition of ex- haust emission of 16 private cars was analyzed before and after using energy - saving repair lubricant. The results show that the energy - saving repair lubricant displays excellent synergetic effect with standard oil and 0.5 % addition can improve en- gine's power performance. Compared with the standard oil, the fuel consumption decreases by 7%, CH, NO and exhaust smoke emissions reduce by 12%, 40%, and 42%, respectively. For 16 private cars,CH,CO and NO emissions reduce by 13.2%, 35.1% and .52.2%, respectively. These results indicate that nano Cu energy- saving repair lubricant has good lubri- cating performance, energy saving and environmental friendly characteristics.
