摘要
介绍了柴油机微粒捕集器(DPF)再生机理,并以GW4D20欧Ⅴ2.0 L直列四缸高压共轨电控柴油机为例,对燃油缸内后喷(LPI)助燃再生技术进行了研究。通过分析归纳正时推后和加后喷油量对发动机输出扭矩影响的变化规律,提出在微粒捕集器再生时的油量(扭矩)补偿方案,以消除或减轻对整车动力输出的顿挫不适感。试验结果表明,再生时进行油量补偿后,发动机扭矩输出波动范围收窄在(-10,10)N·m区间,车辆驾乘无明显不适感。
In this paper, the regeneration mechanism of diesel particulate filter is introduced and GW4D20 Euro V2.0L in-line 4-cylinder diesel engine featuring technologies of high pressure common rail and electronic control is taken as example to research regeneration technology of late post injection(LPI). By analyzing and summarizing timing delay and the effect law of adding post injection amount on engine output torque, the fuel(torque) compensation method of particulate filter during regeneration is proposed, to eliminate or alleviate the jerking uncomfortableness. Test results show that after fuel compensation in regeneration, engine torque output fluctuation range is narrowed to the range of(- 10~10) N·m, the occupants feel no obvious uncomfortableness.
