摘要
在深入分析某机床液压系统故障机理的基础上,运用故障树分析原理建立了机床液压系统的故障树模型。针对GO法在分析系统可靠性方面的优点,建立了机床液压系统的可靠性诊断GO模型,并给出了具体的可靠性定量计算及故障模式分析的方法。实例分析验证了模型与方法的有效性与可行性。
Based on fault tree analysis theory,fault tree model of CNC hydraulic system has been built after the deep analysis of the fault mechanism of a certain CNC hydraulic system. And in view of the the advantages of GO methodology on the analysis of system reliability,the GO model is established for the reliability diagnosis of the CNC hydraulic system,as well as a specific quantitative calculation for reliability and a analysis method for the failure mode are presented. Finally a case analysis is introduced to verify whether the model and method is effective and feasible.
