摘要
利用铝酸酯偶联剂对硅藻土进行表面改性,采用一步发泡法制备了聚氨酯(PUR)/硅藻土多孔复合材料,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱研究了铝酸酯偶联剂改性硅藻土的效果,分析了硅藻土粒径和添加量对PUR复合材料组织、力学性能和吸声性能的影响。结果表明,在研究范围内,硅藻土粒径增加,压缩强度先减小后增加,峰值吸声系数增加,峰值吸声频率向高频移动;硅藻土含量增加,压缩强度略有降低,峰值吸声系数增加,峰值吸声频率向低频移动;而对于经铝酸酯偶联剂改性的硅藻土,当其含量为60份,粒径为5μm时,其吸声性能更好,吸声系数峰值达到0.94,对应频率为1000 Hz。
Diatomite was modified with aluminate coupling agent in aqueous solution which was used to prepare PUR/ diatomiteporous composites foamed by using one-step method. The modification effect of aluminate coupling agent on diatomite was investigated by FTIR,and the effect of diatomite diameter and content on the microstructure,the mechanical property and the sound absorption property of the composites were also studied. The results show that the compressive strength increases after decreasing, the peaking sound absorption coefficient increases,and peaking sound absorption frequency moves to the high frequency with the increase of the diameter of diatomite,also the compressive strength decreases slightly,the peaking sound absorption coefficient increases and peaking sound absorption frequency moves to the low frequency with increasing diatomite content in the range of the study. For the diatomite modified with aluminate coupling agent,when the diatomite content is 60 phr,and the particle size is 5μm,the better sound absorption performance of the prepared composites is obtained,the peaking sound absorption coefficient is 0.94, and the corresponding peaking frequency is 1 000 Hz.
