摘要
三通是热力管道中常用的管件,由于在管道运行时,会在管道的连接处产生峰值应力,因此管道容易产生局部疲劳破坏。本文针对一个实际工程进行了应力分析与计算,并利用ANSYS软件对三通进行了有限元分析,做到在满足应力要求的基础上合理布置附件。
Tee joint is commonly used in heat pipe. When the pipeline is working, it is easily produce peak stress at the joint, so it brings local fatigue damage. This paper deal with a practical engineering stress analysis and calculation, and carried out a finite element analysis with ANSYS software for a Tee joint, to arrange Tee joint reasonably for the requirement of stress.
