妊娠期临床甲状腺功能减退症的诊断标准及危害和处理 被引量：15

摘要 妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症（简称妊娠期甲减）的发生率，世界各地的报道不等为0．4％～11％，平均发生率为2．4％。妊娠期甲减包括临床甲减[血清促甲状腺素（TSH）水平升高，血清总四碘甲腺原氨酸（TF。）或游离型T4（FT4）水平降低]、亚临床甲减（血清TSH水平升高，血清TT4或FT4水平正常）和低T4血症（血清TSH水平正常，血清TT4或FT4水平降低）三种情况。
