摘要
某城市污水处理厂进水以生活污水为主,采用MSBR工艺,设计出水水质为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准。针对进水含砂量高导致序批池曝气不畅,MSBR池运行中出现出水跑泥、虹吸等问题,通过原因分析和整改措施,解决了运行问题,保障了出水水质达标。
A municipal sewage treatment plant adoped the MSBR process, and its influent was mainly composed of domestic sewage. The design effluent quality should meet the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 - 2002). High sand content in the influent caused operational problems such as poor aeration in sequen- cing batch tank, high sediment content and siphon effect in the effluent of MSBR. The problems were solved by analyzing the reasons and taking improvement measures, thus ensuring the effluent quality to meet the discharge standard.
