摘要
实验室的安全运转是学校发展最为基本且至关重要的管理环节。医学院校的实验室中涉及到的有害危险物比较多,对于实验室危险有害废弃物的精细化管理非常必要。本文阐述我校从完善规章制度、多种途径开展培训教育和工作流程规范化、细节化3个方面采取措施实现实验室危险有害废弃物的精细化管理。
The secure operation of the laboratory serves as the most basic and critical management in the development of the university. In the laboratory of medical colleges and universities, there are multiple hazardous substances. Therefore, the fine management of the laboratory hazardous waste is necessary. This paper took the practice of Capital Medical University in fine management of laboratory hazardous wastes from three aspects as an excellent example, including improvement of the rules and regulations, provision of training and education in diversified ways, as well as workflow refinement and standardization.
