摘要
建立分光光度法测定沟槽滤棒纤维素纸上聚乙二醇600含量的方法。样品经纯净水超声提取,采用碘沉降法,使聚乙二醇600与碘形成稳定的显色配合物,在610 nm处测定溶液的吸光度,从而确定溶液中聚乙二醇600的浓度。实验结果表明:碘和Ba Cl2用量为0.8 m L,显色时间控制在10~20 min之间,聚乙二醇浓度在2~20 mg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(R2>0.99),回收率为97.5%,相对标准偏差RSD%=0.65%。该方法操作简便、耗时短、灵敏度高,稳定性好,可以满足对工业生产中的改性功能性沟槽纸中PEG600含量的测定,具有实际应用价值。
A rapid method for the determination of polyethylene glycol content on cellulose wrapper was developed by using spectrophotometer.The samples were ultrasonically extracted with water.Using Iodine precipitation method to make the composition colored and stable,determine the absorbance of the solution,and the content of the solution was determined.The calibration curves showed good linearities in the concentration range of 2~20mg·L-1 with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99 under the conditions of the amount of iodine and BaCl2 used 0.8 mL,chromogenic time 10~20min The recovery rate was 97.5%,and the relative standard deviation RSD%=0.65%.The method is simple,time-saving and environmerntal friendly with high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and has a practical application value due to its low-cost and short-circle.
