摘要
美国的个人信用体系经历了160多年的建设和发展,现已比较成熟完善;我国的个人信用档案建设起步较晚且正迅速发展,同时存在着诸多亟待完善的问题。本文通过中美个人信用档案起源、运行模式、信用档案意识、相关法律法规、登记及信息采集制度、监督奖惩体系建设等方面进行对比分析,学习借鉴美国的成功经验,为我国个人信用档案建设提供启示,以期推进我国个人信用档案的快速发展。
The personal credit system in America has been established and developed for more than 160 years,and now is quite matured and completed. In contrast,the personal credit system in China just started but develops rapidly,while at the same time,it still exist some pressing problems. In this article,we will compare and analyze America and China＇s personal credit record from following aspects： the origins,operational mode,consciousness of credibility record,related laws and regulations,register and information acquisition institution,system of supervision rewards and penalties,so as to learn from America＇s experience as our inspiration,and improve the development of personal credit system development in China.
