摘要
针对实际应用中对磁耦合结构提出的小体积要求,提出了一种在有限尺寸空间下优化设计磁耦合结构的方法。优化的方法综合考虑了线圈的工作频率、线圈结构、匝间距、导线半径等因素,以传输效率为优化目标,采用理论计算和仿真分析相结合的手段,解决了有限尺寸空间下磁耦合结构的优化设计问题。最后根据优化设计结果制作了一组线圈,并对其自感、互感、内阻进行了测试,测试结果与仿真分析结果或理论计算结果基本一致,验证了该优化设计方法的可行性。
According to the requirement of small volume for the magnetic coupling structure in practice,an optimal design for magetic coupling structure in limited dimension space was proposed. The method did an overall consideration on the factors,such as coils ' frequency,structure,trun spacing,wire radius etc. Taking transfer efficiency as an optimal target,by means for optimal design of magnetic couling structure in limited dimension space. Finally,based on the results,a set of coils was produced,and the self-induction,mutual inductance and internal resistance were tested. The test results are basically in agreement with the simulation results,which verifies the feasibility of the optimal design.
