摘要
哈萨克斯坦玛依纳水电站项目厂房地质条件差、施工工期紧,运用无盖重固结灌浆技术有效地解决了灌浆与混凝土浇筑施工之间的相互干扰,有效利用了施工季节,加快了施工进度,获得了良好的灌浆效果,避免了灌浆造孔过程中对混凝土内部预埋构件的破坏。无盖重固结灌浆技术在玛依纳水电站得到成功应用,并经历了两年多的运行考验,为同类工程提供了十分有益的借鉴。
For the construction of powerhouse of Moinak Hydropower Station the Republic of Kazakhstan under a poor geological condition with a limited construction period,the mutual interference between grouting and concrete placement is effectively eliminated by the technology of non-cover-weight consolidation grouting; from which the construction season is effectively utilized,the construction progress is sped up,a better grouting effect is obtained,and then the damages on the internal pre-embedded parts during the hole-boring for the grouting are avoided as well. The he technology of non-cover-weight consolidation grouting is successfully applied to the construction of Moinak Hydropower Station and experienced the operation trial for over two years,thus provides a most beneficial reference for the similar project.
