摘要
水利档案是指水利各部门在参与水利相关事务时汇总的资料,是国家做出水利管理方面决定和策略的重要依据和凭证。加强水利网络信息化建设是推进水利档案现代化管理的重要手段,本文论述了水利档案信息化的重要作用,分析了水利档案目前存在的不足,并提出了加强水利档案网络信息化建设的方法和策略。
The water conservancy archives refers to water conservancy departments to be involved in water conservancy related transaction summary information, it is the national water resources management decision and strategy important basis and credentials. To strengthen the construction of water conservancy network informatization is an important means of promoting the modernization of water conservancy archives management, this paper discusses the important role of the water conservancy archives informatization, analyzes the shortage of the water conservancy archives at present, and puts forward the methods and strategies to strengthen the construction of water conservancy archives network informat ization.
