摘要
本文首先简述了图书馆馆员职业成长的概念,其次探讨了影响馆员职业成长的个人因素和情境因素,从组织和个人的视角提出了促进馆员职业成长的对策,主要包括加强馆员职业生涯管理、增强人力资本、培养积极的心理资本和扩展广泛的社会资本,对促进馆员的职业成长具有一定的借鉴意义。
In this paper,first of all,this article describes the concepts of librarians professional growth,then discusses the factors influencing the librarians' professional growth of personal and situational factors,from the perspective of orga-nizations and individuals,puts forward some countermeasures to promote the professional growth of librarians,including strengthening the librarians' career management,enhancing human capital,cultivate positive psychological capital and the expansion of a wide range of social capital,to promote the professional growth of librarians has a certain reference significance.
