With the rapid development of science and technology,network communication technology continuously goes deep into the people's life and will extend further. The emergence of the mobile library has become a necessity of social development. This paper expounds the concept and trend of mobile library,analyzes the function characteristics of mobile library,and puts forward the significance and idea of the construction of mobile libraries.
