摘要
随着我国医疗改革步伐的不断加快,公立医院的管理开始呈现出脱节状态,在医院的党建工作中也出现了创新活力不足的现象。人本管理主要是强调要以人为本,将人作为组织管理的核心,其内在的精髓与灵魂跟党建工作所强调的以人为本的基本理念是一致的。所以,将人本管理应用到医院的党建工作实践中去,可以有效提升医院的党建工作效率,进而强化对医院的党政管理。人本管理主要从建立健全党支部书记责任制、在医院中设立基层党建基金这两个方面来开展党建工作,进而转变传统的党建工作模式,有效激发党建工作活力。
