摘要
研究了珍稀濒危植物华顶杜鹃的种子形态变异及对萌发的影响。结果显示,该植物的结实状况基本正常,天台山种群的种子百粒重为0.1241±0.0152g,大盘山种群的种子百粒重为0.1153±0.0172g,少数种子很小,百粒重只有0.0676g;种子的萌发率不低,多数种子的萌发率接近于50%,小种子的萌发率小于40%;温水浸种10h和25℃可加速种子的萌发,但不能提高其萌发率,且不利于幼苗生长。
In this study, we investigated the variation of seed morphology of rare and endangered plant Rhododendron huadingense and its impact on the seed germination. The results shows that the seed mass of this species is essentially normal. The hundred-seed-weight of Tiantai Mountain population reaches 0.1241±0.0152 g while the Dapan Mountain population reaches approximately 0.1153±0.0172 g. Only a small number of seeds are not full,the hundred-seed-weight of which is 0.0676 g. In addition, the seeds germinate well. The germination ratio of the most seeds of Rhododendron huadingense approximately reaches 50%, only a little is less than 40%. Seed soaking for 10 h with 40℃ water and the germination temperature 25℃ effectively shortens the germination time, but has no effects on the germination ratio, and even has adverse effects on the seedling growth.
