摘要
目的探讨精益化管理在健康体检中的应用方法与效果。方法采用精益化管理的思想,分解细化体检全过程,对其中每个工作环节进行细化管理,并对实行精益化管理前后健康体检接待量、收入、成本及服务满意度进行比较。结果实行精益化管理后体检的接待量增加了56.0%,收入增加了39.8%,人均消耗降低了10.1%,客户满意度提高至98.5%。结论在健康体检中实行精益化管理,能够有效提高客户接待量,降低物品消耗,提高客户满意度,增加体检收益,值得在体检工作中推广。
Objective To discuss the application method and effect of lean management in health examination. Meth- ods The whole process of health examination was decomposed using the idea of lean management, and each of them was refined. The amount of the reception of health examination, income, cost, profit and rate of service satisfaction after the implementation of lean management were compared with the respective indicators before the implementation. Re- suits After implementation of lean management, the reception amount and the income of health examination were in- creased by 56.0% and 39.8% separately. The per capita consumption was decreased by 10.1%, and the customer satis- faction rate was increased to 98.5%. Conclusion The implementation of lean management in health examination effec- tively improves the customer reception amount, reduces the goods consumption, improves the customer satisfaction, and increases income. It is worth to promote in health examination.
