摘要
目的 对局部热疗与化疗联合在晚期恶性肿瘤疾病治疗中的临床运用效果进行探讨。方法 选取我院2014年4月~2015年4月所收治的68例晚期恶性肿瘤患者作为观察对象,按入院前后顺序均分成实验组与对照组,前者予以局部热疗联合化疗,后者予以全身化疗,经两个周期的治疗后,对两组患者的临床治疗效果加以观察与比较。结果 实验组患者治疗后的有效率（50.0%）比对照组患者（29.4%）低,差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对晚期恶性肿瘤患者实施局部热疗与化疗联合治疗,疗效明显,且不良反应少。
Objective Clinical application effect of local hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced malignant tumor. Methods From April 2014 to April 2015,68 patients with advanced malignant tumor patients as the observation object,according to the order of admission were divided into experimental group and control group,the former were treated with local hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy,the latter to be systemic chemotherapy,after two cycles of treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The effective rate（50%）of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（29.4%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of local hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced malignant tumor,the effect is obvious,and the adverse reaction is little.
