摘要
目的 总结心里干预对体外冲击波碎石治疗老年输尿结石的作用。方法 选择2014年1~12月我院48例老年输尿管结石患者行体外冲击波碎石治疗,给予术前术中术后心里干预。结果 一次碎石成功45例,成功率93.8%,1例结石较大,经过二次碎石成功排出,2例术中疼痛严重,体位不配合而终止治疗。结论 对体外冲击波碎石治疗老年输尿结石的患者进行心理干预,能有效提升手术效果,加快患者康复。
Objective To summarize the effect of the intervention on the treatment of senile patients with urinary calculi by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014,48 cases of elderly patients with ureteral calculi were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Results The success rate was 93.8% in 45 cases,1 cases of stone,two cases of successful discharge,2 cases of severe pain,treatment were terminated when the position was not matched. Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with urinary calculi treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,it can effectively improve the operation effect,speed up the rehabilitation of patients.
