摘要
采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机研究了2Cr13钢的热变形抗力。结果表明,2Crl3钢在800cc和850℃以较高应变速率热压缩时只发生动态回复,而以低应变速率热压缩时,则出现动态再结晶。当应变速率为10mm/s时,无论变形温度高低均只发生动态回复。随着热变形温度的降低,2Cr13钢的峰值应力明显提高。但应变速率仅在变形温度高于850℃才明显影响钢的峰值应力。在800~850℃,应变速率增大,钢的峰值应力增加不明显。
Resistance of 2Cr13 steel to hot deformation was investigated by a Gleeble-1500 thermal analogue tester. The results show that dynamic recovery occurs only in the 2Cr13 steel during hot compressing at lower temperatures such as 800 ℃ and 850 ℃ and at larger strain rate, and that the dynamic recrystallization occurs during hot compressing at lower strain rate. The dynamic recovery occurs only during hot compressing at the strain rate of 10 mm/s, which is independent to the deformation temperature. As the deformation temperature becomes lower the peak stress increases appreciably for the 2Cr13 steel. However, only when the deformation temperature is over 850℃ the strain rate exerts an significant influence on peak stress of the steel. No obvious increase in the peak stress was observed during hot compressing at 800 to 850℃ at increasingly large strain rate.
