蒸汽压片玉米的加工工艺及其在奶牛上的应用 被引量:7

摘要 玉米是奶牛重要的能量饲料,而蒸汽压片技术是目前最理想的饲用玉米加工技术,它不仅能够提高玉米营养物质利用率、提高产奶量、改善乳成分和饲料转换效率,还能够减少环境污染和降低饲养成本。随着蒸汽压片玉米在反刍动物日粮中的进一步应用,对其加工工艺和产品质量也提出了更高要求。本文对蒸汽压片技术的作用机理、加工工艺,以及在奶牛上的应用等方面进行综述,以期为蒸汽压片玉米研究提供参考。 Corn is a major source of energy in diets fed to dairy cows. Steam-flaked is ideal to corn processing, because it could enhance nutrient digestibility of corn, milk production and quality, improve feed efficiency, and decrease environmental pollution and feeding cost. With the application in ruminant diet, higher processing mechanics and quality will be needed. The mechanism and technological process of steam flaking, as well as application in dairy cows are comprehensively reviewed in this article.
