摘要
我国医学教育的课程体系多数是按学科设置,偏离医学工作实际需要,难以培养学生在临床工作中分析和解决问题的能力。近年来,安徽医科大学基础医学院优化培养目标和教学内容,进行以人体器官系统为主线,疾病为引导,系统模块为中心的基础医学课程整合,初步构建以器官系统为基础医学课程体系,确定了呼吸系统、心血管系统等12个系统模块课程。学校组建课程教学团队,在参考国内外兄弟院校工作的基础上,编写教学大纲、教学计划、教学讲义并组织实施。该课程体系涵盖了目前基础医学各课程的全部教学内容,既避免教学内容的交叉重叠,又做到核心内容与基本原理的全覆盖。
The current curriculum system of medical education is mostly set up according to subjects in our country,which is deviated from the actual needs of medical work and difficult to cultivate students’ skills to analyze and solve problems in clinical work. To optimize the training goals and teaching content,a course integration system of basic medicine was constructed,using the human organ system as the main line,diseases as a guide,and modules of organ system as the center of integration. It contains 12 system modules with full coverage of the core teaching content and basic principles and meanwhile avoids the overlapping of teaching content.
