摘要
针对裁床控制系统裁剪过程中的工作特点,本文介绍了一种以研华PCI_1680 CAN通信接口卡为背景的裁床专用通讯的详细实现过程,详细分析了PCI_1680通信卡API软件包和借助通信卡API完成系统的通信。针对CAN2.0A定义了通信变量的数据结构,给出了收发信息帧数据的主要通信程序流程图。借助开发工具包不但大大降低了软件开发的复杂度,而且缩短了开发周期,并提高了程序的稳定性。
According to the cutting process characteristics of cutting machine, this paper introduces the detail realizing process based on the Yanhua PCI 680 communication card, analyses PC I_1680 communication card development toolki and using it to complete the system communication. The data structure for the variant at the CAN 2. 0A protocol is designed and main program flow chart of communication of receiving and sending data frame is given. Recur to the using of toolki, it greatly reducing the developing complexity o f the software, shortening the development cycle and improving the stability of the program.
