ZnO/Al_2O_3复合粉体对Cu^(2+)的吸附研究

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备ZnO/Al_2O_3复合粉体,探究了粉体的ZnO∶Al_2O_3不同质量比对Cu2+的吸附性能影响,进一步探讨了投加量、pH值、振荡时间、温度对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,ZnO∶Al_2O_3在质量比为4∶1,投加量为30mg,pH=6,吸附时间为15min,温度为40℃的条件下,ZnO/Al_2O_3复合粉体对Cu2+的吸附率最高,达到92.5%。 ZnO / Al2O3 composite was prepared by copreciptation method,and the effect of different ZnO∶Al2O3mass ratio of the composite on Cu2+ adsorption performance were also studied. A series of experiments were carried out by varying some parameters including dosage,p H value,reaction time,reaction temperature,which maybe influence the adsorption properties of Cu2+. The results showed that the composite had the best adsorption performance was 92. 5% when the mass ratio of ZnO and Al2O3 was 4 ∶ 1,dosage was 30 mg,pH = 6,reaction time was 15 min,reaction temperature was 40 ℃.
