摘要
采用乳液聚合法制得水性丙烯酸酯胶粘剂。探讨了配方条件对该胶粘剂粘接性能的影响。研究结果表明:当w(软单体)=45%、w(亲水单体)=25%、w(乳化剂)=0.4%和w(引发剂)=0.7%(均相对于单体总质量而言)时,水性丙烯酸酯胶粘剂的粘接性能相对最好;将该胶粘剂用作锂离子电池的胶粘剂时,锂离子电池经50次循环后的放电比容量为422.2 m Ah/g,表现出较稳定的电池性能和较好的充放电效率。
A waterborne acrylate adhesive was prepared by emulsion polymerization method. The influences of the formula conditions on bonding properties of adhesives were discussed. The research results showed that the waterborne acrylate adhesive had the relatively best bonding properties when mass fractions of soft monomer, hydrophilic monomer, emulsifier and initiator were 45%, 25%, 0.4% and 0.7% respectively in total monomers. The Li-ion battery had the more stable battery properties and the better charge-discharge efficiency because the discharge specific capacity of Li-ion battery was 422.2 mAh/g after 50 cycles when the adhesive was used as the adhesive of Li-ion battery.
