摘要
为研究静电场促进植物的生长的意义,文章系统阐述了静电场对植物的生物效应,主要包括高压静电场对植物种子发芽特性、幼苗生长特性及其时效性、愈伤组织的形成及基因表达和果疏品质保鲜等的影响。研究表明静电场对植物的影响具有双重性,结果为高压静电在农业上的进一步广泛应用提供一定的理论依据,今后的研究方向应为各学科如生物学与物理学、化学等相互结合而形成新的研究方法。
The purpose of this study was to understand the special effect of electrostatic field on plants. Thebiological effects of electrostatic field on plants were summarized in this paper, including its effect on seeds,seedling growth, callus growth, gene expression and storage of fruit and vegetable and its timeliness. Theresults showed that the impact of electrostatic field on plants was comprehensive and had two sides, whichprovide a theoretical basis for its further widely use in agriculture. The new method combining biology, physicsand chemistry may be popular in the future research.
