机采血小板献血者血液初筛不合格原因分析及对策 被引量:27

摘要 目的分析机采血小板献血者血液初筛不合格原因,探讨相应对策,提高再次献血成功率,为今后的机采招募提供指导与参考。方法用浙江省统一的BIS2.0软件统计模块统计2011-2013年机采血小板献血者14 480例次血液初筛检测情况,将血液初筛检测不合格者按转氨酶、血小板计数、白细胞计数、血细胞比容、血红蛋白含量和乳糜血6项指标进行统计,并对不合格原因进行分析。结果 2011-2013年,血液初筛不合格率分别为15.86%、14.74%、11.20%,不合格原因以转氨酶异常居首,其次为白细胞计数、血小板计数不合格。男性以转氨酶不合格为主,占5.38%。女性以血细胞比容不合格为主,占6.66%。结论转氨酶、白细胞计数和血小板计数不合格是机采血小板献血者血液初筛不合格的主要原因,血细胞比容不合格是导致女性献血者暂缓献血的主要原因,采取相应对策进行干预具有重要意义。 Objective To analyze the reasons of failures in primary blood screening in machined-collected platelet,to discuss the corresponding countermeasures,to improve the success rate of blood donation,and to provide guidance and reference for future recruitment strategies. Methods Using Zhejiang province' s statistical module of BIS2. 0 software statistics from 2011 to 2013 to statistically analyze 14 480 cases of primary blood screening in machined-collected platelet donors,the reasons for disqualification in six indicators,such as transaminase,platelet count,white blood cell count,hematocrit,hemoglobin content and chylomicrons,were analyzed,Results From2011 to 2013,disqualified rates in primary blood screening were 15. 86%,14. 74% and 11. 20%,respectively. Reason for disqualification was led by the abnormality in transaminase,followed by the white blood cell count and platelet count. In males,disqualification was predominantly due to transaminase,accounting for 5. 38%. In females,incompatibility of hematocrit mainly accounted for 6. 66%. Conclusion Transaminase,white cell count and platelet count are leading reasons for failure in primary blood screening. Incompatible hematocrit is the main reason for delaying blood donation among females.Taking corresponding measures for intervention has important significance.
