摘要
基于浅埋深薄基岩较薄煤层解放层开采存在开采强度大、装机功率大、过机空间小等特点,通过分析围岩特性合理确定液压支架支护强度,优化三机配套,保证装备功率条件下降低采煤机机面高度。在液压支架设计中采用缩短顶梁长度、保证初撑力、提高切顶力等措施对顶板进行有效控制;在浅埋深薄基岩1.6m采高开采实现了日产万吨的目标。
The characteristics of large mining intensity,large installed power and little control space is existed in thinner seam with shallow overburden and thin bedrock. The support strength is determined by analyzing the characteristics of surrounding rock. The shearer height is decreased by optimizing 3- machines matching. The hydraulic support design of shorten the length of top bean,improving setting support strength and cutting roof force are used to control roof. The output target of 10000 t per day is achieved with 1. 6m mining height in thinner seam with shallow overburden and thin bedrock.
