摘要
介绍了大采高短壁采煤机的基本结构,对短壁采煤机的调高油缸和滑动油缸进行受力分析,计算油缸的设计载荷,确定了油缸的主要参数,再对油缸强度进行校核。设计过程不仅为短壁采煤机整机液压系统设计提供了基础数据,同时对于同类采煤机油缸的选型设计具有较高的参考价值。
First the basic structure of the short-wall coal cutter with large mining-height is introduced.Then the forces of the height adjustment cylinder and slide cylinder are analyzed. Next design loads of the cylinders are calculated and the main parameters are determined. Finally the intensities of the cylinders are checked. The design process not only provides basic data for the hydraulic system design of the short-wall coal cutter, but also provides reference value for the selection design on similar hydraulic cylinders.
