基于合成插补理论的数控刨床刀架模态研究

Research on Modal of Tool Carrier of Numerical Control Shaper Based on Synthetic Interpolation Theory of Curves

摘要 采用三维建模软件Solidworks建立了2种方案刀架的三维实体模型,并导入到ANSYS Workbench中进行了振动模态分析,得出了2种方案刀架的固有频率,研究了其振动频率和曲线合成插补进给脉冲频率的关系,为设计数控牛头刨床刀架、选择合成插补进给速度、提高刨削效率提供了理论依据。 Three-dimensional solid models of two tool carriers designs are established using Solidworks.They are imported into ANSYS Work bench,and then the finite element modal analysis of the two tool carrier models is completed.The natural frequency of the two tool carrier models can be got after the analysis. The relationship between the natural frequency and feed pulse frequency of curve synthetic interpolation was researched.And this can provide theoretical basis for the design of tool carrier of numerical control shaper and the choice of synthetic interpolation feeding speed and improving the working efficiency.
