摘要
根据GB/T 18604—2014《用气体超声流量计测量天然气流量》,介绍了超声波流量计在天然气流量计量中的应用,阐述了时差法超声波流量计的测量原理,分析了现场安装技术条件,从软件和硬件方面介绍了超声波流量计测量天然气流量系统构成;通过数据比对的方法对超声波流量计的计量效果进行验证。结果证明其准确性及可靠性高,便于对贸易交接气量进行监督检查,以此提高计量精细化管理水平。
Application of ultrasonic flowmeter in natural gas flow measurement is introduced according to latest standard of GB/T 18604—2014"Measurement of natural gas flow by gas ultrasonic flow meters".The measurement principle of time difference ultrasonic flowmeter is expounded.The onsite technical installation conditions are evaluated.The system constitution of natural gas flow measurement with ultrasonic flowmeter is introduced from the aspects of software and hardware.The measurement result of ultrasonic flowmeter is verified through data comparison method.The result proves the accuracy and reliability of ultrasonic flowmeter are high,and is easy to supervise and inspect exchange gas amount for trade to improve metering delicacy management.
