摘要
建立了甲硝唑中空栓剂制备和质量评价的方法。以甲硝唑和丙二醇制备混悬液,定量注入栓剂基质做的栓剂空腔中,制备甲硝唑中空栓,并对栓剂的质量控制进行评价。结果表明:在0.775~24.80μg/m L浓度范围内,甲硝唑的吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(R^2=0.9999),甲哨唑所做的指标均符合药典的要求。本实验制备工艺简单易行、精密度良好、药物含量准确、分析方法稳定可靠。
The preparation and quality evaluation methods of metronidazole hollow suppository were established.Metronidazole hollow suppository was prepared and its quality assurance was evaluated by quantitatively injecting the suspension made by metronidazole and propylene glycol into the cavity of suppository. Results showed that in 0. 775 ~24. 80 μg / m L concentration range, the metronidazole hollow suppository had a good linear relationship between absorbance and concentration( R^2= 0. 9999),and the hollow type suppository of metronidazole indexes were all in line with the requirement of the pharmacopoeia. This experiment has a simple preparation process,a fine precision,an accurate drug content,and a stable and reliable analytical method.
