摘要
实验以皇后葵果实为原料,研究其果实提取物的抗氧化活性。采用紫外-可见分光光度法,测定提取物中总黄酮和总酚酸的含量,通过DPPH和ABTS两种自由基进行体外抗氧化活性实验。结果表明:提取物的总黄酮含量和总酚酸含量与其自由基清除能力之间呈现正相关。
Taking Syagrus Romanzoffianum fruits as raw material,the antioxidant activity of extracts of the fruit was studied. Vontent of the total flavonoids and total phenolics in Syagrus Romanzoffianum fruits extracts was determined by UV- Vis spectrophotometry. Meanwhile,antioxidant activity experiment of DPPH free radical and the ABTS radical was studied. Experimental results showed that there was significant positive relationship between the total flavonoids and total phenolics content and antioxidant capacities of Syagrus Romanzoffianum fruits extracts.
