摘要 气门座圈是影响柴油机可靠性与耐久性的关键零件之一。异常磨损是气门座圈的主要失效形式。当其发生时,气门间隙将迅速减小,最终将导致柴油机功率下降、排放恶化等问题发生。通过排查影响座圈磨损的各项因素,锁定某柴油机气门座圈异常磨损的根本原因并对其进行了优化设计,最终解决了该问题。 The valve seat is one of the key parts which affects the reliability and durability of diesel engine. Abnormal wear is its main failure mode. When it occurs, the valve lash will decrease rapidly, that will eventually result in engine power decline, emissions deterioration and other issues. Through investigation of various factors relate to it, find out diesel engine the root causes of valve seat abnormal wear and optimal design is carried out. Finally solve the problem.
