摘要
针对油气田压裂返排废液有机物含量即化学需氧量(COD)、固体悬浮物、细菌含量高,且黏度及浊度大、处理困难的特点,提出"电Fenton-超滤膜"耦合深度处理方案,考察了各工艺参数对处理效果的影响,优化出最佳操作条件.压裂废液经处理后COD、含油量、固体悬浮物含量可分别降低至41.0、0.35、0.30mg/L,硫酸盐还原菌及腐生菌含量约为N×101个/mL(1<N<10),平均腐蚀速率为0.013mm/a,同时达到国家标准规定.该处理工艺快速高效、流程简单,具有油气田应用前景.
Owing to the high values of viscosity,turbidity,organic pollutants(chemical oxygen demand,COD),suspended solids and bacteria content,the fracturing wastewater was difficult to treat efficiently.In the current study,"Electro-Fenton coupling Ultrafiltration method"was put forward.The influences of each operation factor on the treatment efficiency were studied systematically in order to optimize the treating conditions.After treatment,the contents of COD,oil,suspended solids,sulphate-reducing bacteria and saprophytes were reduced to 41.0mg/L,0.35mg/L,0.30mg/L,N×101 ind/mL,N×101ind/mL respectively,the average corrosion rate was reduced to 0.013mm/a,which were all meeting the national standards.The Electro-Fenton coupling Ultrafiltration method is an effective and rapid process,endowing a competitive prospect of industrialization.
