摘要
目的:探讨自制移动视频教育对人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者功能康复的影响。方法:将120例行人工膝关节置换的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各60例,试验组接受自制移动视频反复教育,对照组由不同年资护士常规口头教育。观察两组患者对术后康复知识的掌握程度,康复训练过程中不同时间疼痛控制情况,术后6个月关节功能恢复情况。结果:试验组功能恢复情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制移动视频教育可提高人工膝关节置换术患者健康教育水平,提高功能恢复效果。
Objective: To study the effect of mobile videos with self-made guidance in rehabilitation training of patients after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods: 120 patients treated by TKA were divided into two groups randomly: experimental group (n=60) and control group (n=60). The Patients in experimental group received repeated mobile videos education while the patients in control group were given verbal education. The degree of rehabilitation training knowledge, the quality of pain control and the degree of knee joint function 6 months after surgery were compared. Results: The clinical outcome in the experimental group was significantly better the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The mobile videos education with self-made guidance could improve education quality for total knee arthroplasty patients, it is an useful mothod of rehabilitation training.
