摘要
微创外科是21世纪外科的发展趋势,在我国微创外科手术方式正逐步取代传统的开放式外科手术,成为外科手术的主要潮流.微创手术主要借助于各种腔镜如腹腔镜、膀胱镜、肠镜等.手术因其微创,术后痛苦少,恢复快,住院时间短,无手术切口等优点,已被越来越多的医师和患者所接受.就目前腔镜技术在泌尿外科疾病中的应用作一综述,为腔镜技术的合理应用提供更多证据,让腔镜技术更好地为广大患者服务.
Minimally invasive surgery is a development trend of surgery in the 21 st century. In our country,the minimally invasive surgery is replacing the traditional open surgery gradually,and it has become the main trend of surgery. Minimally invasive surgery is mainly by means of various endoscopic such as laparoscopic,cystoscope,and colonoscopy. The surgery has been accepted by more and more doctors and patients because of minimally invasive,less postoperative pain,quicker recovery,shorter hospitalization time,incision and other advantages. The current cavity mirror technology in urology is reviewed as well.
