摘要
在高职院校思想政治理论课教学中引入合作学习,可以弥补传统教学方式的不足,对教学目标的实现、教学效果的提高有积极的作用,对当前高职思想政治理论课教学改革有重要的意义。在合作学习过程中,教师应认真做好课程的教学设计、教学组织和教学评价三个环节,对教师的主导作用和学生的主体地位要同时兼顾;注重对学生进行必要的技能指导;注重学生个体责任的考核评价;奖励方式讲求合作奖励和竞争奖励混用。
Introducing cooperative learning in the ideological and political theory course can make up for the shortcom- ings of traditional teaching method, has a positive impact on the goal of teaching and teaching effect. In the process of cooperative learning, teacher should can'y out teaching design, teaching organization and teaching evaluation, take ac- count teachers' leading role and students' dorr/nant position, focus on students' skill teaching, evaluation of individual responsibility, and adopt reward incentive of both cooperation reward and competition reward.
